The release-triggered JReleaser workflow is no longer the source of Android Tools releases. Leaving it enabled means creating a GitHub release can attempt a second Maven Central publish and conflict with the current release process.
Remove the obsolete workflow so this repository cannot trigger a duplicate publish.
