Why

getprobo/probo#2184 adds the Elastic Cloud connector, and its DocumentationURL points to /docs/product/access-review/elastic-cloud. This page has to ship with it, or the console's Documentation link 404s.

What

  • New page access-review/elastic-cloud.mdx: an Elastic Cloud API key with the Organization owner role, created under Organization > API keys with API Access left on Cloud API. It shows what a narrower key looks like (Not authorized, and a sync error naming the role), what the roster covers (members and API keys), and how a key is replaced in place with Update API key, from the same organization, since the connector reads the organization from the key on every sync.
  • A screenshot of the Assign roles step, cropped to the role toggles (no email, organization ID or key).
  • Directory card and sidebar entry.

The console steps, the Expires options (including Never), the API Access choice, and the connector's behaviour with an owner key, a Billing admin key, an invalid key and a revoked key were checked live against an Elastic Cloud organization. The connect steps follow the current console (Settings > Connectors > Marketplace, then Access Review > Sources > Add sources); #147 moves the other connector pages to the same flow. npm run build and tools/check-docs.mjs pass.

The connector takes an Elastic Cloud API key and needs it to hold
Organization owner: Elastic returns the members to a narrower key
without their role assignments and refuses it the list of API keys,
so the page says what the reader sees instead, Not authorized and a
sync error naming the role. A revoked key reads as Disconnected,
which was checked live.

The key is replaced in place with Update API key, and the page warns
that the new key must come from the same organization: the connector
reads the organization from the key on every sync.
