Unrelated lockfile peer deps dropped

This ip-address bump also rewrites the local @sentry/capacitor yalc entry: it drops peerDependencies / peerDependenciesMeta and changes the content hash. Sibling example lockfiles still keep those peers, and the root package still declares them, so this looks like unintended lockfile drift from regenerating without a matching .yalc package.
