@sfanahata @inventarSarah @Lms24 we should agree on a canonical description for this. New Spans do not resonate with me that much, streamed spans might be ok, any other ideas? Should just be consistent across docs.

Adds docs for the new
Sentry.setAttribute(s)API that write attributes to the active isolation scope. These APIs are going to be released with10.61.0. This PR also updates the logs and metrics docs that previously only showed scope attribute APIs. Since the top level APIs are the easier way to use them, we wanna show them in these snippets first and foremost.IS YOUR CHANGE URGENT?
