#98 尚缺 macOS 26 回归与 iOS 编译证据。本 PR 增加手动系统选择，复用现有回归与 iOS 构建 job；普通 PR 保持单一 macOS 15，Xcode 固定 26.3，不升级依赖或部署下限。
记录运行环境、精确源码及锁文件哈希，构建后检查依赖锁无漂移。GitHub 官方镜像清单已确认 macOS 26 提供 Xcode 26.3；macOS 26 实际运行 35066656999 全部成功：macOS 26.6.2 / Xcode 26.3，完整 Mac 回归、双架构 Mac 构建和 iOS Simulator arm64 编译通过，依赖锁未漂移。源码与日志节选已归档。整合 #116 后最终必需 CI 重新执行。YAML 解析与 diff 空白检查通过。
无产品 UI 改动；系统菜单、签名包、最低系统与 VoiceOver 不由此验收，不自动关闭 #98，不触发 Xcode Cloud。
