Ran the pr-finisher pass on head 16720eb. No additional file changes were needed; review threads are clear and local validation passed (make fmt, make lint, make test-unit, make test, make recompile, make build-docs, make agent-report-progress). CI still needs a maintainer re-trigger before merge because agent pushes do not start fresh workflow runs.
