get_me return concise user response

Update get_me tool to return a marshalled MinimalUser instead of a full User object, and extend MinimalUser with an optional nested UserDetails.

• (Before) Full user response same as API: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/users/users?apiVersion=2022-11-28#get-the-authenticated-user
• (Now) Minimal user with nested details struct:
