Ask to join and deploying a directory to Cloudflare or Fly.io live in the team setup dialog, which nothing opened since first run became Welcome (^120 ^122 ^123, Q5).

Nothing opened the team setup dialog since first run became Welcome (#569), so Ask to join and deploying a directory from the app were unreachable. Per the decision in ace-map Q5, it's back:
Settings → Teamhas a Team setup row with Set up….Map ids: ^120 (Ask to join), ^122 (Deploy to Cloudflare), ^123 (Deploy to Fly.io).
Smoke-tested on an isolated host built from this lane. Both entries open the dialog, and Get your team started → Hosted directory reaches Deploy to Cloudflare and the Fly.io command. Not done: actually deploying, and Ask to join itself, which needs a teammate's host already in a team.
Built in Ace
No. Written and smoke-tested with Claude Code (editing, a headless browser against a local
bun ace serve) as part of the ace-map fix train, run from outside Ace. See #5.
