fix(host): the command line refuses what it can't do and names restored copies apart - #585

…ed copies apart ace agents and ace desktop take only on or off, ace new --model refuses a model this host can't run like ace model does, an unknown command says so even without a channel, ace logs refuses an unreadable --since, ace project accepts a project's name, and unsharing confirms. A restored backup whose name is taken becomes <name>-1, <name>-2 (Q260), in the catalog and the channel's own metadata. Why: apps/host/src/backup.ts#function restore | a restored store's MetadataDoc wins on open, so a new name must be committed there with a rename, not only in the catalog
