This node (30-governance-and-policy-controls.md) covers the three governance layers for agentic workflows — GitHub Actions policy, safe-output allow lists, and required-reviewer environment rules — and shows learners how to apply least-privilege permissions and audit their declarations. It extends from 29-skills-and-domain-knowledge.md and serves enterprise learners on GHEC and GHES who need to demonstrate compliance before deploying AI-driven workflows to production. The hub node 14-next-steps.md and the README graph table are updated to include all recently added advanced nodes (27–30).
