The whole point of this change is to enable the user to navigate previous months and to edit particular days so that they can have a more accurate marking of what they have read. I may read in a physical bible today and forget to mark it in the app, but tomorrow I want the ability to mark the chapter I have read for yesterday since I did my reading and want to keep track of all of my reading of the bible
