What
Group minor and patch Dependabot updates within the repository's existing dependency surfaces, cap each surface at three open version-update PRs, and stagger ecosystem checks across the week.
Why
The initial Dependabot run opened 5 individual dependency PRs and duplicated CI work. Compatible updates should produce reviewable batches while major migrations remain independently visible.
