TestASignalWhileThePayloadIsParkedNeverReleasesIt/net failed its precondition on a desktop host 6 of 6 runs, on origin/main too: the per-hop ppid reads made one scan 18.5ms (135 pids of this uid), and the stage's bwrap lived about 30ms in a sampled @net run.
