Apply docs transforms to code repo.
The previous code transforms have been removed by mistake, and the docs have
been exported to the wrong base path (
android_env/g3doc/public/docs/) insteadof
docs/.Thanks aniketmishr@ for PR #307 which highlighted this problem.
