I think the RGB at Quality 100 was causing the failing tests in #130. Can look into it further when tests are re-run on the split PRs, to see what passes and what fails. |

Can't tell if I have an old build or something is broken, but 420 seems to be triggering for anything below q100. Will investigate with @Galaxy4594 soon. |

YCbCr/YCCK now uses 420 Subsampling at Quality 80 or lower.
Adaptive Quantization is now disabled at Quality 90 or higher for non-XYB.
RGB is now used at Quality 100/Distance 0 for RGB input (PNG), overridden by XYB.
