- rewrite all READMEs in plain B1/B2 English with consistent structure - flesh out jsonschema and customvalidator docs with explanations - fix inaccuracies in basic README (int type, dot notation claim) - add key ideas sections and expected output where missing - fix trailing whitespace in webapp config.yaml
