《上游 PR 引入流程》要求每个导入在台账闭环（判定、源 SHA、fork PR、merge SHA、changelog、状态），并把与上游的偏离写清楚，方便日后上游恢复维护时对照收敛。
改动内容 / Changes
pending改为merged，补 fork PR 号（feat(upstream #92): browser_scroll 支持滚动页面内层容器 #8 / feat(upstream #125): 新增 browser_open_window 新窗口工具 #9 / fix(upstream #99): 发现路由补齐 CORS 与预检（含信标适配） #11 / fix(upstream #110): 回环免 token 例外钉到扩展的稳定 Origin（安全修复） #12）与 merge SHA（213c6093/e24a7a87/648010d3/a7da0763）。测试 / Testing
纯文档改动；代码与 CI 门禁已在上游 PR 各自的 fork PR 中通过（含 omdsh-dev#99/omdsh-dev#110 的真机冒烟与 omdsh-dev#110 的真实 Chromium e2e）。
影响范围 / Impact
仅仓库台账与协作记录，不影响运行时行为。
