N3 now consumes the portable documentation SDK from lgtmd/lgtmd at the exact tested Git revision 8828c41eaf7fbb002044aea9f8bfd4a06ba76168, replacing its in-tree documentation crates. The SDK, portable examples, and Rust/Node verification now live in that independent repository; N3 retains its application adapter, replay, renderer, scenarios, and generated guides.

Remove the extracted workspace members and SDK-specific verification recipes, update contributor documentation, and cache Cargo Git dependencies in CI. The generated N3 guide is unchanged. This PR deliberately preserves the verified dependency revision; adoption of newer lgtmd features is separate work.

Validation: native just verify passed through the extraction pre-push gate. CI for the exact branch head passed Ubuntu checks, exact documentation replay, macOS bundle/native integration, and WASM lint/browser build.

Move the Rust core, Node bridge, portable consumers, React example and independent tooling to softmarshmallow/lgtmd at 8828c41eaf7fbb002044aea9f8bfd4a06ba76168. Keep N3 replay, scenarios, renderer and exact guide artifacts here. Remove SDK-owned gates from application tooling, preserve Git dependency caches in CI, and retain the incubation history. Full native verification and unchanged guide bytes validated against the GitHub revision.
Follow the transfer to lgtmd/lgtmd in Cargo's manifest and lockfile and in maintained contributor links. Preserve the exact SDK revision and all existing dependency versions.
