Linear loop recovery: approve credit funding and verify three priority workflows #2449

Recovery audit: 2026-10-19. Status: configuration fixes verified; execution recovery NOT VERIFIED. No credits purchased and no verification run started.

Verified causes:

• EventRelay daily control review, Official Linear Self Index, and the 1pm review-follow-up run report exhausted workspace AI credits.
• Eight stale-issue configurations reference "Execute Skills And Apply Instructions": https://linear.app/myxstack/settings/skill/0ac3dd6224de/edit (skill UUID 3220812a-f411-4d69-87e7-f865d46898c3). It was private. Moved to myxstack/GRV; connector confirms shared with team d926089f-7c1f-43a2-98f5-30a11b4ea285.
• That skill is architecture-review-specific. The retained high-priority loop now uses self-contained issue-review instructions without that dependency.

Changes:

• Disabled 13 scheduled loops: 3 extra review-follow-up times; 3 extra high-priority stale times; all 4 lower-priority stale times; Daily stale issue intervention summary; Official Linear Self Index; Get shit done.
• Retained three daily loops, each bounded to five actionable items and read-only verification output:

• EventRelay code access reduced from Read & write to Read.
• Default per-loop spend limit set to $10/week, resetting Saturday at 1am CDT. This is an approximate safeguard, not an exact ceiling.
• Three existing event-triggered loops were left enabled and unmodified. They are not claimed recovered.

Credit decision:

• Workspace balance shows $76.50 outstanding; automatic reload is disabled.
• Current Enterprise plan is $30/user/month billed annually, 1 user, $360 renewal July 23, 2027. A plan upgrade is not needed for Loops.
• Add credits dialog displays $77 balance due (rounded), plus $10 custom additional funds = $87 displayed total; default $70 additional = $147. No purchase or terms acceptance performed.
• Historical 90-day usage: EventRelay $34.43/28 sessions; 1pm review $12.43/29; 1pm high-priority stale $10.69/21; Get shit done $91.28/2. Last 30-day usage view showed zero billed sessions.
• Historic mean for one run each of the three priorities totals about $2.17; this is an estimate, not a quote for revised prompts.
• Funding approval is required. Keep automatic reload off. Stop if final charge exceeds the approved amount.

Verification gate after funding:

1. Recheck positive balance, configured limits, and saved read-only prompts.
2. Run one retained workflow at a time using Run now; do not replay all failed historical runs.
3. Require a terminal successful run, actual source-linked findings or a justified zero-item result, stated scope/coverage, no unintended issue/code writes, and recorded actual cost.
4. Record each run URL and output evidence here. If any run fails or returns unsupported assertions, stop and fix that cause before continuing.
5. Keep 13 paused recurrences paused. Reconsider any later restoration individually.
