Summary

• document the latest Jetson device-local EdgeEnv preservation smoke in Lab README and Korean README
• add a Lab-facing Runtime Intelligence handoff section for the Jetson EdgeEnv registry preservation path
• add a portfolio submission note and a regression test that keeps the boundary wording and evidence snapshot visible
