test: gate Lab EdgeEnv preservation context

Summary

• add a Lab-owned Runtime Intelligence row for EdgeEnv preservation context markers
• require the same marker vocabulary in the Runtime Intelligence artifact/CI gates
• update bundle/handoff fixtures and docs so entrypoint registry and Lab artifact gates align on preservation context wording
