…V12 ManagedRun identity, exact-run Task and Reviewer assignments, revisioned RuntimeSession binding, lifecycle/wait algebra, FK-backed effect lineage, and an atomic fail-closed divergence/effect-barrier consumer with durable exact replay; rolls forward Turn and HistoryItem guards for SELECT-only RuntimeSession authority and receipt-before-1271-before-1338 serialization; aligns authority inventories, focused fixtures, manifest digests, and OpenWiki. PostgreSQL manifest derivation passed with exact schema/authority/restore equality. The single focused behavior run reached a fixture-only untyped JSON parameter defect; its two explicit casts received exact-tree source approval, and the post-repair focused/integration rerun is intentionally deferred to the frozen integration boundary.","authority":"manual","impact":"compatible"}
