Compact max output UI labels

Summary

• Removes tool-name suffixes from max output values in the operator dashboard.
• Removes the same bytes(tool) rendering from the macOS Decodex App popover and lifecycle table.
• Updates the dashboard rendering contract to keep max output byte-only.
