- Improve the installations experience: services management & basic working configuration; and asking for reboot as it is necessary for meshtasticd service to work - Improve the removal experience: general basic clean ups rather than leave some services still running - Added a sub-menu to configure and learning the service status

I have recently identified a bug that prevents the menu bar from starting correctly even though the process is running.
The issue arises because the autostart process appears to disregard the XDG_AUTOSTART_DELAY non-standard configuration. Consequently, it loads before the taskbar is ready in the session. This PR should resolve the problem.
