Last year we used ARCTIC-3D, let’s keep it instead of CPORT/WHISCY |

Ok, we can keep the tutorial unchanged and keep the CPORT/WHISCY refs for educational purposes, and simply skip the CPORT/WHISCY paragraph in practice and go directly to the ARTIC-3D section. |
