Refreshes generated versioned docs example snapshots under runner/apps/authoring/public/docs-examples/ so live Sandpack/container demos pin a newer Handsontable prerelease.

Each affected .json bundle updates htCoreRange and embedded package.json dependency pins from 0.0.0-next-bb3c352-20260902 to 0.0.0-next-21bc714-20260904 (including @handsontable/angular-wrapper where applicable). Example source embedded in those files is unchanged aside from the version strings.
