Move ci, pages and release from the self-hosted Hetzner labels to ubuntu-latest. The repo is public and the self-hosted pool is reserved for private repos. Pin node 22 in the check and pages build jobs, which ran on the self-hosted image's node; engines requires >=22. Closes #10 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
