The org's included Actions minutes ran out on 2026-09-17 16:57 UTC and every hosted job in hansenexus stopped starting. The spending limit stays at $0. Ruling: dec_2026-09-17_global-ci-on-hetzner-fleet-no-hosted-minutes On a hosted runner /tmp belongs to the job; on the fleet TWO AGENTS SHARE A HOST. `npm pack --pack-destination /tmp` followed by `npm i /tmp/hansenexus-nextup-*.tgz` could therefore have installed the OTHER run's tarball and passed the smoke test against a foreign artifact. Everything moves to $RUNNER_TEMP: the pack destination, the consumer dir, the two build outputs, and the release dry run's publish log. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
