Add the e2e explore command - #433

The explore library had no command, so a user could not run an exploration from the terminal. The command parses upstream's flags and bounds, reads accounts from the environment, and prints the run as upstream's list reporter does without its live window: each step and finding as it happens, then the findings with their evidence and the assessment. The explore library had no command, so nobody could run an exploration from the terminal. `e2e explore [goal]` now takes upstream's flags and bounds (`--config`, `--target`, `--agent`, `--max-steps`, `--timeout`, `--headed`, `--output`), reads accounts from `E2E_USER__*`, and prints the run as upstream's list reporter does without its live window, then exits with the outcome's code. Output is redacted for config secrets and account passwords. .NET-only: `ExploreCommand` and its flag parser, `FakeExplore` and `ExploreEnvironment` (test helpers), and the `ExploreFlags` tests; `ExploreText` and `ExploreView` map to `explore-text.ts` and `list-explore.ts`. Partial: the golden and badge tests (no RUN header, no action counts, one target) and the non-verdict failure test. Not ported: `--session` and `--reporter` (refused, exit 2), `--trace`, `--video`, `--debug`, `--ai-trace` (notice, ignored), report.json, the live-window test, the "badges the record after its test has finished" test, and the `--artifacts` refusal test (the port never had the flag).
