Summary

• Add GenAI attributes for direct Bedrock Runtime Converse calls through botocore instrumentation.
• Capture Bedrock execution model from x-amzn-bedrock-model-id when present, with request model fallback.
• Add focused botocore tests and a direct Bedrock span capture sample.
