Adds standard open-source community documents and normalizes GitHub URL casing across the repo.
New files: CONTRIBUTING.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md (Contributor Covenant v2.1), SECURITY.md, CHANGELOG.md, bug report and feature request issue templates, and a PR template. Also normalizes
heirloomlogic→HeirloomLogicin GitHub URLs across plugin source files and README, and updates the installation snippet to reference 1.3.0.Why
