Research maps and precise figures could previously be regenerated from references while still receiving an ordinary delivery approval. This release adds an optional preserve_asset contract that binds a source hash to an exact, aspect-preserving pixel region in the final PNG. Validation rejects altered evidence, source drift, overlap and lossy export options; older Page Specs remain compatible.
The workflow now prepares precise charts earlier, calibrates one representative final page, requires complete observations for critical text, and distinguishes source fidelity, geometry, readability and planned presentation timing. The existing image-first and four-style workflow remains intact.
Validation: 456 local tests passed; final release-focused tests passed; Ruff passed. Actual PowerPoint controls and the protected-evidence image deck rendered successfully. The six shipped sample decks were rebuilt and rendered with the current runtime (36 pages). Source authenticity, underlying research validity and measured production-efficiency gains are outside the pixel checker’s scope. Version, bilingual READMEs, changelog and release file manifest are updated.
