What changed
Search skillsfield and movingRun Scaninto the primary header action slot. Why
The Skills tab previously felt visually disconnected from the rest of the app: it had no search field, placed its primary action inside the content area, stretched sparse cards across the page, and mixed Chinese UI labels with English chrome. This PR makes the tab feel like part of the same Apple-inspired control surface while preserving user-generated multilingual task and skill content.
Validation
bun run typecheckbun run lintbun run format:checkbun run testbun run build:checkgit diff --checkhttp://localhost:4179/verified Skills tab search, header action placement, no old Chinese UI chrome, and no horizontal overflow.
