Consolidate docs search authority

Summary

• redirect visits on the legacy Mintlify hostname to the canonical docs domain while preserving the full URL
• replace vague contract shorthand with plain API and workflow language, retaining only literal policy agreement usage
• add boundary checks for the host redirect and future contract-copy regressions
