HARDENING.md incorrectly made expected audience mandatory in acceptance mode, contradicting the current CLI and its existing acceptance tests.
Document optional audience/freshness checks, identity-based acceptance and exact exit-status behavior. Clarify explicit historical verification and distinguish the maintained Agent SDK command from retired Runtime.
Validation: checked against cmd_verify and the existing acceptance regression tests; local Markdown links and whitespace pass. Documentation only; no CLI behavior or version changes.
