Also brings proto file up to date with ELK and adds a plotting example (yes i know it's missing labels don't hurt me).
This adds a new python jupyter notebook as well. The gradle code will additionally generate the Python proto code, but the notebook fails when trying to import it because of a missing transitive dependency. I assume this is something you will have to install with pip? Getting this working is left as an exercise to the reader.
Remember to run
./gradlew buildto make sure the dependencies are there before running either of the notebooks.
