This requires an as-yet unpublished update to damask-parse that ensures the code runs with the damask Python package version v3.0.0 alpha 7 as well as alpha 3.

To make the demo workflow more obviously functioning, we should also wait for this: #218

I've just rebased this onto develop and it looks to run without errors. I have the python package damask 3.0.2 in my venv, so I guess the damask-parse update has now been implemented? Perhaps we can merge this, but add a to-do item on #218 to add a visualisation task onto this demo workflow when that has been implemented?
