Outcome
The memory benchmark transport can now send up to four independent API requests together under one shared spending ledger. A finite plan reserves each group before sending, preserves dependency checkpoints and waits for in-flight requests to finish before stopping on a failure.
Interrupted groups retain unknown charges until an explicit, reviewed accounting closure. Closure cannot resume the run, retry a request or turn a captured response into an accepted result. Existing campaign runners continue to use the serial transport unless an experiment selects the new API.
Contract impact
Adds versioned benchmark-only plan, journal, checkpoint and batch-accounting records with bounded sizes, plus their cost registry and usage guide. Existing serial request, capture, budget and ledger formats are unchanged. The library, stored Oh data and packaged entry points are unchanged.
Verification
Tests use invented responses. This change makes no provider-quality, throughput or benchmark-performance claim.
