The current installation references still point to 0.19.0 after the immutable 0.19.1 release, which fixes script/style closing-tag handling in visible-page excerpts. Advance the verified release record and regenerate the matching website, README, and launch-guide references. Historical changelog and report identities remain intact.
Release verification: all three exact-artifact installation jobs passed in run 36821827360; GitHub release 400685460 is immutable, and the downloaded archive matches SHA-256
