Full UI Revamp — Minimal Tech Design System + Animated Landing Experience

Objective

Completely revamp the VeritasAI website UI while preserving existing functionality and routes.

Design direction

• Minimal, polished tech aesthetic rather than a flashy/generic AI dashboard.
• Dark mode: deep near-black surfaces, restrained cool accents, subtle borders/glows, strong typography hierarchy.
• Light mode: soft off-white backgrounds with cool, low-saturation colors and comfortable contrast.
• Consistent spacing, radii, buttons, cards, navigation, forms, and interactive states across the site.
• Responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Landing page

• Redesign hero, navigation, feature presentation, impact/statistics sections, CTA, and footer.
• Add a terminal-style animated hero element that cycles through realistic VeritasAI verification commands/results.
• Use tasteful Motion animations: reveal-on-scroll, staggered entrances, hover transitions, subtle background movement, and micro-interactions.
• Avoid excessive animation, layout shift, or distracting effects.

Application UI

• Bring Header, Sidebar, authentication screens, feature chooser, analysis screens, history, and supporting states into the same visual system.
• Improve loading, empty, success, error, and hover/focus states.
• Preserve existing application behavior and API integrations.

Accessibility / quality

• Maintain keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
• Respect prefers-reduced-motion.
• Keep text readable and color contrast appropriate in both themes.
• Avoid unnecessary dependencies where existing Motion/Lucide/Tailwind capabilities are sufficient.

Acceptance criteria

• Consistent design system across all major screens
• Dark and light themes both intentionally designed
• Landing page includes terminal-style animation
• Smooth but restrained animations throughout
• Responsive layouts
• Existing routes and functionality continue working
• No avoidable console/runtime errors
