feat: redesign login and signup authentication UI

Summary

• Redesign both login and signup screens with a balanced two-panel authentication layout.
• Replace the small centered card and large empty side spaces with a branded VeritasAI visual panel.
• Add subtle animated gradients, grid texture, security messaging, and Motion entrance transitions.
• Improve form spacing, typography, inputs, buttons, error states, and Google authentication styling.
• Make the layout responsive: split-panel desktop experience and focused single-column mobile experience.
• Preserve existing email/password auth, Google auth, local session handling, signup validation, and biometric verification behavior.
