Homebrew has removed support for the --no-quarantine flag: Homebrew/brew#20755 (comment) This updates the README to add the xattr command to un-quarantine the app. It could alternatively be provided as a postinstall script, but this way the user is at least aware that they're un-quarantining the app instead of having the postinstall script do it without their knowledge.
