- add My Governance legitimacy controls and objection state rendering\n- add dedicated referendum proposal route and separate referendum detail page\n- adapt proposal vote UI for referendum semantics with no CM/MM score\n- extend client DTOs and API helpers for legitimacy and referendum responses\n- unblur inVision and render the live top-level system-state metrics layout\n- keep proposal navigation and feed surfaces aligned with referendum links
