The build failures in the Full Stack Asset Transfer Guide cloud and console jobs appear to be unrelated to this change. This PR does not change any of the full-stack-asset-transfer-guide files. The same failures appear in other unrelated PRs, for example #1431. |

All code changes are purely to address lint failures flagged by the new linting. There are no functional changes.
