I believe we should add labels that reflect the type. For example, feat, fix, etc. So, the same we have for branches and commit messages. I feel the setup in this PR requires a little too much manual effort. Every time we add a package, we need to update this configuration. We would need to set up a process, and I feel it would be too much at this stage.

added tags on the branch
The effort is just on the creation of new packages. When we have a stable release shouldn't be too much of a chore
