INAV 9.1.0 regression: DJIWTF MSP DisplayPort OSD is shifted #11764

Title: INAV 9.1.0 regression: DJIWTF MSP DisplayPort OSD is shifted; same configuration works on 9.0.1
Current behavior
With INAV 9.1.0, the DJIWTF MSP DisplayPort OSD is globally shifted relative to the video frame when using a Caddx Vista and DJI FPV Goggles V2 running WTFOS.
The issue is reproducible after full power cycles. Changing the airside OSD compression setting and reboot order does not correct the alignment.
Expected behavior
The 60 × 22 DJIWTF OSD canvas should be aligned as it is with the same hardware, WTFOS packages and flight-controller configuration under INAV 9.0.1 and 8.0.1.
Hardware and software
• Flight controller: Matek F405-VTOL
• INAV target: MATEKF405TE_SD
• Video transmitter: Caddx Vista / DJI FPV Air Unit Light
• Goggles: DJI FPV Goggles V2, DIY mode, updated for O3 compatibility
• Vista WTFOS msp-osd: 0.10.1
• Vista compressed OSD: enabled, 10 Hz
• Goggles WTFOS msp-osd: 0.12.4
• Goggles o3-multipage-osd: 2.1.1
• FakeHD mode: disabled
• INAV video system: DJIWTF
• MSP DisplayPort serial configuration:
serial 3 33554432 115200 115200 0 115200
Tested firmware builds:
• Bad: INAV 9.1.0, build 1531750, dated Jul 8 2026
• Good: INAV 9.0.1, build d44f2cf, dated Feb 13 2026
• Good: INAV 8.0.1
Steps to reproduce

  1. Flash INAV 9.1.0 on the MATEKF405TE_SD target.
  2. Load the attached configuration.
  3. Power-cycle the flight controller, Vista and goggles.
  4. Observe that the complete DJIWTF OSD is shifted.
  5. Flash INAV 9.0.1 with full-chip erase.
  6. Load the same configuration and power-cycle all devices.
  7. Observe that the OSD is correctly aligned.
  8. Reflash INAV 9.1.0 and reload the configuration.
  9. Observe that the shift returns.

    The saved diff all files from the working 9.0.1 state and failing 9.1.0 state were compared. Apart from the firmware version header, the only configuration difference is accelerometer gravity calibration:
    • INAV 9.1.0: set ins_gravity_cmss = 977.686
    • INAV 9.0.1: set ins_gravity_cmss = 975.365
    The OSD, MSP DisplayPort, mixer, servo and mode configurations are identical.
    Additional checks
    • Vista OSD compression disabled and re-enabled: no change.
    • Multiple complete power cycles: issue remains with 9.1.0.
    • Different startup orders: no change.
    • INAV OSD video-format options tested: offset remained.
    • The same goggles display a correctly aligned OSD from another Caddx Vista aircraft.
    • No flight is required to reproduce the issue; it is visible during a bench test.
