Summary

  • remove managed ACP CDN download and manifest resolution logic
  • prepare ACP resources directly under runtime managed-tools using managed Node/npm
  • hard fail when bundled or local preparation cannot produce a valid ACP runtime

Verification

  • cargo test -p aionui-runtime acp_tool_runtime:: -- --nocapture
  • cargo clippy -p aionui-runtime -- -D warnings
  • just push -u origin fix/remove-acp-cdn-download
