Insert an 'Openshift 4.20 support' whats_new entry into the v9-260226 catalog YAMLs for amd64, ppc64le, and s390x to announce OpenShift Container Platform 4.20 support (with link to Red Hat release notes). Files modified: src/mas/devops/data/catalogs/v9-260226-amd64.yaml, src/mas/devops/data/catalogs/v9-260226-ppc64le.yaml, src/mas/devops/data/catalogs/v9-260226-s390x.yaml.
Add a new ocp_versions entry for OpenShift 4.20 with GA (Oct 21, 2025), standard support (May 3, 2026) and extended support (Oct 21, 2028). Also replace the ambiguous 4.18 standard_support string "GA of 4.19 + 3 Months" with the explicit date "February 25, 2025" to keep support dates consistent and machine-readable in src/mas/devops/data/ocp.yaml.
