Translates all 30 translatable strings into Russian using a formal, neutral register and wires the new locale through localeConfig, Gradle resource filters, and Compose preview annotations so it is selectable from the Android 13+ per-app language picker and renders in IDE previews alongside en/de/ar. https://claude.ai/code/session_01TMnXK57JtpQcuf1ate6Wsf
