also all CI configuration should be created. as reference you can use:

  1. for all kotlin targets compilation and checks - https://github.com/icerockdev/moko-kswift/tree/master/.github/workflows
  2. for publishing logic actual - https://github.com/icerockdev/moko-media/tree/master/.github/workflows
